JAG INSURANCE AGENCY

John is a founding Managing Partner of JAG Insurance Agency, Inc.  He currently serves as the President & CEO.  He has over 25 years of experience in financial services, insurance sales as well as agency development. He has recruited, managed and trained thousands of agents who have helped thousands of clients.   He was involved with the initial launch of two large national agencies, and building one of the top ten captive agencies prior to co-founding JAG.  John has mentored many agents and agency owners in creating their own independently successful agencies.

Over the course of his 25+ year career, John has led top producing sales teams, won awards for recruiting, client sales and retention.  Prior to entering the insurance industry, John is a Marine Corps veteran, worked in the media industry in executive level leadership positions.  He holds a CASL®  (Chartered Advisor for Senior Living)  designation from American College.
